You Will Need
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen wild blueberries
1/3 cup of quick oats
dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 scoop of Blint’s Green Clock Protein Powder
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 ice cubes
