Blint’s Chocolate Apple Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

You Will Need

1 scoop of Blint’s Rock Chocolate Whey Protein

3/4 of a red apple, thinly sliced (easy to blend)

2 tbsp of natural peanut butter

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1/4 of avocado to thicken

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 cup of almond milk

3 ice cubes

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixed well
  2. Complete with toppings of your choice (recommended: chia seeds, apple slices, walnuts)
  3. Enjoy your smoothie!
