You Will Need
1 scoop of Blint Banana Nuts Whey Protein
1 tbsp of hemp hearts
1/4 cup of quick or rolled oats
1 small handful of walnuts
2 tbsp of dark chocolate chips
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 of avocado (for thickening)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Complete with toppings of your choice (recommended: chia seeds, oats, blueberries)
